After acquiring and creating several brands, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. needed to create a cross-brand creative team to market their eight brands together. I was tasked to build out processes, create relationships for a new creative department, and successfully manage projects to completion on a tight schedule with many moving parts. Our lean and mighty three-person team acts as an internal agency providing creative for all WSI cross-brand initiatives.
APPROACH
I work with leadership, development, design, and copywriting to run like a nimble startup. I researched and chose Monday.com for project management and Invision for collaborative proofing, and then quickly got our team up and running on them. I also educated all parties on our process from project strategy to print production/digital deployment. My design background informs my management abilities, giving my decisions depth.
